Every order passes the same gate: incoming stock checks against declarations, first-article verification clamped and recorded, in-process spot checks per the control plan your drawing implies, then the pre-shipment dimensional sweep — CMM where features demand it, calibrated hand gauging everywhere else. Reports ship with parts; packing photos go out before the balance moves.
For molding and casting programs: AQL plans, cavity-to-cavity matching, shot-weight logging and PPAP-style approval packages on request. Certified material routes change lead time and cost — both stated in the quote, never discovered at delivery.
Audit Us the Practical Way
- Live video: name the cell; a supervisor walks it with the camera, answers questions, shows your job when it is running.
- Bench evidence: mid-production photos with your part and the order card in frame.
- Document trail: material declarations, inspection reports, tool records on your account; certified routes sourced to order for regulated programs.
