Standard machining tolerance is ±0.05 mm with surface finish down to Ra0.8 μm; positioning accuracy reaches ±0.005–0.01 mm on our CNC cells. 3D printed parts typically hold ±0.05 mm on small geometry.
Which file formats do you accept?

Do you inspect parts before shipping?
Yes — 100% pre-shipment inspection. Dimensional reports (CMM / caliper / micrometer as appropriate) ship with every order, and photos of the packed parts go out before payment of the balance.
How do you ship, and is global shipping supported?
DHL, FedEx, UPS and SF International for prototypes (3–7 days worldwide); ocean and air freight for production volumes. Incoterms EXW, FOB and DDP are all supported from Shenzhen.
